I believe leaders aren't born, they are made. I founded The Mindshift Lab to help leaders and teams unlock the performance they're capable of.
My story
I've spent my career leading people in environments where getting it right really matters. As Head of Group Safety at Virgin Australia, I learned that culture isn't a poster on the wall. It's how people behave when no one is watching, and it's shaped every day by leaders.
That lesson became my mission. Today I work with businesses of all sizes, from football academies to aviation teams to fast-growing brands, helping them build leaders people want to follow and cultures that deliver results.
My style is practical, high-energy and honest. No jargon, no fluff. Just tools that work and a lot of belief in the people in the room.
