Steve is a leadership and culture specialist with over a decade of experience in leadership, culture and building high performing teams. .
Originally from the UK, Steve built his career across some of Australia's most demanding industries, rising from the ground up to Head of Safety within Virgin Australia and achieving the highest sustained employee engagement score in the Regional Airline in Perth. He knows what it takes to lead in operational environments where the margin for poor leadership is low.
Steve founded The Mindshift Lab on a simple belief, that great leadership is a skill that can be built, practiced, and embedded into the culture of any organisation willing to do the work. His approach is practical, honest, and built around genuine partnership. He truly cares.
How We Work
Every program is built for your business
1. Free Discovery and Culture Audit
We conduct an audit of your business reviewing current state of leadership and culture and what success looks like in the near to long terms future. We do this free of charge and provide a report for review.
2. Program Proposal
We map out a program based on our findings and you receive a custom scope and timeline of investment.
We work with you on clear measurables for the program to ensure success.
3. Program Delivery
A bespoke program which may include surveys, reviews, assessments, training, coaching and workshops. The program is delivered and tracked by The Mind Shift Lab to completion.
4. Program Review
At the end of the program, we conduct a debrief with the business focusing on the agreed outcomes, and a clear picture of what's next.
